At SIR., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your return authorization form.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
